To ensure the safe delivery of these goods to the end customer, Alkon has partnered with a reliable delivery partner. This partner will ensure that the Products reach their final destination in a timely and secure manner.
4. PRICES & AVAILABLITY
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you. While Alkon endeavours to provide accurate information, including pricing information, there may be typographical or other errors. Should a Product or service be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Alkon may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and inform you of such cancellation. Alkon also reserves the right to modify the price of the Product and contact you for further instructions via the email address you provided at the time of registration, or to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that the order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

6. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS
This passage outlines the various steps involved in ordering products from Alkon. Firstly, your pin code will be cross-checked with Alkon's database to ascertain whether your location is serviceable. If your location is serviceable, you will be allowed to add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart, and then proceed to payment/confirmation of the order. Upon successfully ordering your product, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect your order to be delivered within 7-14 business days from the date of your order confirmation email. However, there may be certain instances where it may take longer than 7-14 business days for Alkon to deliver any/all products. In such a situation, Alkon will contact you via the email address that you provided. If you are unavailable to take delivery of the order, the delivery partner will make two attempts to deliver the order. If you are still unreachable or do not accept delivery of the products in these attempts, Alkon reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.
Alkon does not provide shipping services outside the territory of India. In case a customer's location is not serviceable, we request them to provide us with an alternate shipping address within India. This address should be serviceable so that the product can be delivered. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product to an area not covered by Alkon, we shall not be held liable for the failure to deliver the product. Customers from anywhere in the world can make purchases on the website, provided that the shipping address is within India.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
By entering into this agreement, you are agreeing to protect and compensate Alkon from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) caused by any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You in accordance with the Supply Terms applicable to the purchase of Products. You will be held responsible for any losses or liabilities that arise as a result of Your breach of these Supply Terms and must pay any fees or costs incurred by Alkon as a consequence.
8. GOVERNING LAWS
These Supply Terms and the relationship between you and Alkon shall be regulated in accordance with the laws of India without resorting to conflict of laws principles. All disagreements, discrepancies and disputes arising out of or in connection with or in relation to the Supply Terms or any transactions undertaken on or through the Website or the relationship between you and Alkon shall be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts at Mumbai and you hereby submit to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
